Hal Altman co-founded MFALS in 1977, and today is known as one of the most trusted and admired professionals in the fulfillment and logistics industry. Hal has dedicated his career to finding the right solutions for Fortune 100 companies, and entrepreneurs to help them grow and advance their business. His knowledge and expertise has been welcomed as a guest speaker and panelist for the Electronic Retail Association (ERA), Response EXPO, U.S. Post Office, National Postal Day, Southern California Marketing Association, National Web Marketing Associations, and many other marketing associations around the country. Before founding MFALS, Hal was Advertising Manager of Carte Blanche Credit Card and Sales and Promotion Manager of Union Oil.

Hal is a committed family man and admits that family extends beyond his immediate family to his employees and their families. In addition to sitting at the helm of MFALS, Hal sits as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for Merage Jewish Community Center and, through MFALS, contributes to numerous youth organizations and charities including, but not limited to the City of Chino YMCA, various Little League, Pop Warner Football and AYSO Soccer leagues. The family also participates annually in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and contributes to search for a cure for breast cancer.
