NatureWell Enters Into Agreement with 3^rd Party Fulfillment Center

San Diego, CA – December 6, 2006 /PR NEWSWIRE-FirstCall/ – NatureWell, Incorporated (OTC BB: NAWL), an emerging researcher, developer, and marketer of proprietary, all-natural healthcare products, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Motivational Fulfillment and Logistics Services ("MFLS").  Under the terms of the agreement, MFLS will provide comprehensive fulfillment administration services, including inventory, order fulfillment, shipping and tracking, and data management and reporting activities.  MFLS will initially manage NatureWell's leading product, MigraSpray, a patented, homeopathic solution for the prevention and treatment of migraine headaches, and its distribution to healthcare professionals, independent pharmacies, and direct-to-consumer.

MFLS was founded in 1977 and specializes in fulfillment services including order processing, pick-and-pack, point of purchase packaging and distribution and retail distribution for a wide range of clients.  Within its half-million square feet of warehouse space in Chino, California, MFLS has developed specialized computer programs and reporting systems to instantly and accurately manage inventory flow, usage, receiving and damage reporting.
